As Founder of Propreti and Chief Growth Officer of FL - Luxury, Ipyana Wasret combines his professional experience in Real Estate Asset Management, Project Finance and Executive Leadership to create tailored solutions to the multi-facited issues of commercial real estate and organizational development. His unique methodology is based in double bottom-line motivated objectives gained as a former Asset Manager of Affordable Housing and in holding Executive Leadership positions in non-profit and public organizations, such as Associate Director of the Graduate College of Management for the University of Massachusetts (Boston) and Director of Head Start for the City of Charlotte, NC overseeing 16 decentralized Early Childhood schools. The son of an interior decorator, Ipyana brings his unique blend of real estate intelligence, structuring capital campaigns, art and design, executive leadership and strong community-based experience to the marketplace of ideas and action. The aforementioned skills allow him to provide valuable insight and solutions to the numerous and colliding interests that often stall RE deals and projects from being actualized. Ipyana's interests are in property technology, managing the assets of urban projects and developing innovative solutions toward building 22nd Century learning organizations .


Mr. Wasret is a 10th generation Bostonian and earned his Masters from Harvard University where he studied Administration, Planning & Social Policy at HUGSE & Harvard Business School. He earned his B.A. in Management of Community Planning from the University of Massachusetts, where he also studied community planning and social policy, abroad in Copenhagen, Denmark. Ipyana also holds a Superintendent's License in the state of Massachusetts.

Most importantly. Ipyana is a proud father of two amazing daughters and is a passionate fine art collector who also curates high end fine art collections for special clients who use fine art as a form of investment.
